Mission : TO BUILD NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR IMPARTING SPIRITUAL EDUCATION IN INDIA AND GLOBALLY.
Vision : TO PLAY A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN FACILITATING SPIRITUAL EDUCATION IN INDIA AND IN THE WORLD AND HELP PEOPLE LIVE A HARMONIOUS AND PEACEFUL LIFE.
About Us
Education has two branches
(1) Materialistic
(2) Spiritual
During last three centuries, the world has progressed due to the network of material education, developed by efforts of many great academicians.
We require similar infrastructure for imparting spiritual education, as without it, life is incomplete. Sampoorna Jeevan (SJ) Vadodara is a comprised of group of volunteer- professionals in spirituality, who have studied scriptures and now imparting it to the seekers in a time bound structured manner, since last five years.
We have trained teachers and have prepared necessary text books and power point presentations in simple vernacular languages to make spiritual knowledge accessible to layman.
Apart from Gujarati, we are planning to conduct classes in English and Hindi also.
Three layer Education System.We are structured as under.
1. Introductory Level : This is initial level for the uninitiated, who have little exposure to spiritual field. Classes are conducted twice in a month on convenient dates. The fundamentals of spiritual knowledge will be taught in an informal manner through group discussion.
2. Graduate Level : This is oneyear program from January to December. The base is prepared from the main points discussed in Eleven major Upanishads, Braham sutra and Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta. The first three months are devoted for explaining various topics of terminology used in the above scriptures. An introduction is also given to other major religions of the world to bring and the commonality in all religions. Classes are conducted every Sunday evening for two hours offline for seekers in Vadodara and online for those outside Vadodara. So fare more than three hundred seekers have benefited from above program.
3. Research : This is oneyear program from January to December. The base is prepared from the main points discussed in Eleven major Upanishads, Braham sutra and Shrimad Bhagvad Geeta. The first three months are devoted for explaining various topics of terminology used in the above scriptures. An introduction is also given to other major religions of the world to bring and the commonality in all religions. Classes are conducted every Sunday evening for two hours offline for seekers in Vadodara and online for those outside Vadodara. So fare more than three hundred seekers have benefited from above program.
Further types of research work Sampoorna Jeevan (SJ) will provide guide, mentors, literature and reference books. The fortunate researchers can move towards the level of self-realization by becoming spiritual scientists and staying in eternal bliss.
IDEOLOGY
1. To provide spiritual Education only, free of cost.2. To admit enthusiastic seekers, irrespective of their case, creed, religion, language, age or nationality.
3. For studying basis principles of different religions, their official scriptures will be taken as reference.
4. Knowledgeable, Experienced and selfless teachers provide spiritual Education free of cost considering it as duty.
5. Sampoorna Jeevan believe in collective leadership; hence a core committee meets thrice a week and takes decisions and decides policy and programmes.
6. There is no hierarchy as no one hankers after, position, power or prestige.
7. The organization does not believe in owning any resources. No donations are sought for and what every resources and help are offered voluntarily and unconditionally from the society are used economically.
Achievements
1. We have been able to define and explain difference between Religion, cult and spirituality. Material and Spiritual Education.2. We gave been able to establish that Spiritual Education can be imparted in a scientific manner at global level, without forming hierarchy and individual worship.
3. While continuing in their vocations, it is possible for knowledgeable committee and trained individuals to impart spiritual knowledge without any material expectation.
4. We do not require long time as we need in material Education, providing basic Spiritual Education.
5. An average person can become a spiritual teacher.
Spiritual Education can be imparted without big budget and huge financial resources. It has not become necessary to compromise on principles, established in scriptures. It has not become necessary to organize functions, receptions, award ceremonies to publicize our activities. The family, vocation, society or government have not become a hindrance in obtaining or imparting spiritual knowledge. As a matter of fact, they all have become helpful. We have been successful in associating large number of seekers without influencing or impressing them.
